Colour: Ruby red colour with good tonality

Bouquet: a wine that releases intense aromas of fresh fruit such as blackberries and cherries to, then, express itself through the aromas of more mature fruits (plums).

Taste: full and fragrant with a slight sour perception that soon gives way to the softness and fullness of the wine.

Combinations: a wine that provides broad possibilities for pairing with all modern cuisines and pleasantly accompanies first courses with even very spicy meat sauces and second courses of red meats. Do not miss an opportunity to serve it with cheeses that are not aged very much.
