Bouquet: Fresh and delicate, inviting, with clear notes of white fruits well blended with each other and with evident references to typical varietal aromas.
Taste: soft and intense, with a light acidity that provides freshness and persistence.
Combinations: goes very well with typical Piedmontese appetizers, even based on white meats; does not mind being paired with fish and light pasta dishes with vegetable-based sauces.
