ROERO ARNEIS

Colour: intense straw yellow with greenish reflections

Bouquet: Fresh and delicate, inviting, with clear notes of white fruits well blended with each other and with evident references to typical varietal aromas.

Taste: soft and intense, with a light acidity that provides freshness and persistence.

Combinations: goes very well with typical Piedmontese appetizers, even based on white meats; does not mind being paired with fish and light pasta dishes with vegetable-based sauces.

Serving temperature: 6-8 °C

Grape variety: 100% Arneis grown with the Guyot method

Alcohol: 13%

Total acidity: 5,5

Harvesting: by hand in boxes

Fermentation: at a controlled temperature (14-16 °C)

Refining: at least 3 months in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (10 °C) on noble dregs with continuous bâtonnage (stirring)
