Rosé from the direct pressing of Nebbiolo grapes

Colour: pale pink

Bouquet: immediate hints of roses and violets that, over time, evolve into notes of small red fruits

Taste: inviting and velvety, with a final softness due to slight sugary residues

Combinations: Ideal as an aperitif, in combination with fresh meats does not mind accompanying the entire meal for a light summer lunch

Serving temperature: 8 °C

Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo grown using the Guyot method

Alcohol: 12,5%

Total acidity: 5,5

Harvesting: by hand in boxes

Direct pressing

Fermentation: at a controlled temperature (14-16 °C)

Refining: 6 months in steel tanks
